Luggage to Ship with FedEx Charging 100% (!) in Import Fees & Ignoring Humanitarian Aid Requests!

I had an awful experience with Luggage To Ship and FedEx. I sent a parcel tracking number 771299153113 from the USA to the UK containing my old, used clothes and shoes for women refugees—a purely humanitarian shipment. The total value of the parcel was $250, yet FedEx slapped my receiver with a shocking £206.33 fee (basically 100% of the parcel’s value!) In 2 weeks they sent me the invoice for £118.24 mentioning that there will be another invoice later after I pay that one!

I reached them out multiple times, explaining that this was a donation and requesting a waiver, but FedEx completely ignored all my emails. No response, no support—just silence. Luggage To Ship instead of helping to solve this problem every other day intimidated me that my parcel would be destroyed if I don't pay $267 for return!!!

This is beyond disappointing, absolutely shocking and absolutely not humane!
I will never use their service again and strongly advise others to be cautious—especially if shipping international!

The boxes we shipped was delivered complete and on time to the destination. We have availed their service many times.

I have used them to ship regular luggage and golf clubs. Everything was received in great condition.
