Lui Lui Moving Company

Horrible, horrible experience. Scheduled move and an agreed price. When movers showed up, I was pointing out items that need to be packed and they said that they were not aware of any packing that needed to be done, so they brought no packing materials. Contacted office and was told that price does not include any packing, which I told them that he never mentioned in our conversation when we agreed on move. As a veteran, I've moved 11 times in my 13-year career and 4 times after I left the service. Movers have always brought boxes and packing materials to conduct move. Was told that boxes and packing materials are not included in pricing for the valley. I DEFINITELY do not recommend this moving company. What a joke!!!

We hired these movers to load a 3 bedroom home into a 26 foot U-Haul truck, we provided them with all the supplies necessary for my furniture to be moved and not be to badly damaged. I understand when moving you will have some damages which I expected but once I unloaded all my furniture, I realized that everything I owned was damaged and I mean everything! I had asked them, Are you sure you don’t need any more blankets? and they said oh no, ma’am, that’s one thing you have plenty of is blankets yet they did not use them to protect the furniture. I should have stuck with Chapa’s! I’m so upset that thousands and thousands of dollars worth of my furniture is ruined!!!! Legs broken, scratches, scuffs & gouges out of all of my mahogany wood furniture, my brand new $4000 refrigerator with the finish all scratched, my fairly new washer dented! Completely ridiculous!!!!! Don’t ever hire this company!

IN ORDER TO POST REVIEW I HAD TO CHOSE AT LEAST ONE STAR. BUT I WOULDVE PUT NO STARS AT ALL. SO, I CHOSE LUI LUI MOVING COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DID HAVE SOME GOOD RECENT REVIEWS. HOWEVER, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. I HAD ISSUES FROM THE ACTUAL MOVERS TO THE ACTUAL OWNER. I HAVE BEEN PATIENT AND WAITED FOR A RESOLUTION BUT THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED. WHO EVER WALTER IS HE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS TAKEN MY CALLS. PRETTY MUCH YOU’RE FORCED TO GET A TWO HOUR MINIMIUM TO MOVE. I ONLY HAD TWO BIG TOOL BOXES, BED, DRESSER, KITCHEN TABLE AND 4 CHAIRS TO MOVE. THEY BARELY MOVED EVERYTHING IN THE TWO HOURS AND ITS BECAUSE MY OTHER LOCATION WAS 10 MINUTES AWAY. MOVERS DAMAGED MY FURNITURE IN FRONT OF ME. I TELL THEM TO BECAREFUL AND ONE OF THEM GETS UPSET. I HEAR A BANG WHEN THEY TAKE OUT MY KITCHEN TABLE AND I ASKED IF EVERYTHING IS OK AND THEY SAY YES. THEN COME IN AND SAY THAT MY TABLE WAS BROKEN. BUT THAT IT WAS ALREADY LIKE THAT. WHICH IS NOT TRUE AND YOU CAN TELL THE WOOD WAS FRESHLY BROKEN. WOOD FLOOR AT NEW LOCASTION WAS SCRATCHED. I AM IN THE SAME ROOM WHEN THEY ARE PLACING TOP PART OF DRESSER ON. I TELL THEM BECAREFUL NOT TO SCRATCH THE BOTTOM. WELL THEY PLACED AND SLID TOP PART SCRATCHING IT. WHEN KITCEN TABLE IS UN LOADED TO NEW LOCATION THERE ARE MARKS ON TABLE OF SOMETHING HEAVEY PLACED ON IT AND CRAZY SCRATCHES ON IT. WHEN MOVING TOOL BOXES THEY WOULD JUST BANG ON CEMENT SEVERAL TIMES TRYING TO MAKE IT GO UP. AFTER OBVIOULY THEY NEED TO ELEVATE IT ABOUT HALF INCH TO GO ON TO CEMENT. AFTER THEY FINISHED THE MAN IN CHARGE ( DRIVER - SHORT SKINNY MAN THAT WAS TAKING OFF SHIRT WHILE MOVING) SAID HE DIDNT HAVE CHANGE. THAT THEY DONT CARRY CASH WITH THEM. BUT I COULD LEAVE THE CHANGE AS TIP. WHICH, I CLEARLY TOLD HIM THAT HE WAS THE ONE DOING THE MOST DAMAGE. I WAS NOT GOING TO GIVE HIM A TIP. HE THEN SAID HE COULD NOT FOLLOW ME TO NEXT BLOCK TO GET CHANGE. SO I CALLED OFFICE AND SPOKE TO WALTER. TOLD HIM IF I COULD GO GET CHANGE AND COME BACK. HE SAID IT WAS OK. I TELL THIS MAN THE DRIVER THAT I WOULD BE BACK WITH CHANGE AND HE SAYS HE CAN FOLLOW ME. I TOLD HIM NO. YOU MADE IT CLEAR YOU CANT LEAVE SO ILL BE BACK. LIKE I EXPLAINED TO WALTER I PAID FOR THE SERVICES BECAUSE ITEMS DID GET MOVE BUT WHAT WERE THEY GOING TO DO ABOUT MY ITEMS? HE HAD ME LIKE TWO WEEKS TRYING TO GET ANSWER FROM OWNER. THEN HE SAYS TO EMAIL PICTURES TO SEE IF INSURANCE COVERS. ITS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS AND THE OWNER OR OFFICE CAN NOT GIVE A RESPONSE. I DID TELL WALTER I WOULD HOLD OFF ON GIVING A REVIEW SINCE I WANTED TO GIVE COMPANY AN OPPORTUNITY TO RESOLVE ISSUE. BUT I BELIEVE I HAVE GIVEN THEM ENOUGH TIME. OUT OF THE THREE MOVERS THERE WAS A TALL MAN THAT TRIED HIS BEST TO BE CAREFUL WITH FURNITURE. HE EVEN TOLD THE OTHERS TO BECAREFUL WITH WALLS AND WOOD FLOOR. THIS MAN EVEN APOLOGIZED FOR THE DRIVERS WAY OF TALKING TO ME AND MISTREATING MY ITEMS. SO PRETTY MUCH THIS WAS MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS MOVING COMPANY. NOW COMPANIES DON’T ALWAYS HAVE THE PERFECT EMPLOYEES BUT IT IS THE COMPANIES RESPONSIBILITY TO RESOLVE SITUATIONS.

These guys are amazing!! 10/10! They worked efficiently and were very professional. They assisted us in relocating our items to our new studio location. This included your basic boxes, sinks, mirrors, light fixtures, cash wrap, glass jewelry display case, and other fragile items. They were extremely careful with our items and they were prepared with blankets to place below items that could get scuffed and ties to keep items together. Nothing was damaged. Everything took 2 hours, no minute past that. Thank you for helping us with making this the smoothest move we've ever had. We will definitely be using Lui Lui Moving Services from here on out.
