Had to move out of my Berkeley spot of 14 years and needed some movers. Short conversation over email until Jose' and Carlos arrived PERFECTLY on time in possibly the nicest moving truck I've ever seen. All my belongings were loaded up in 30 minutes and at my new place within 90 minutes. No hiccups, no complaints. Reasonable price and could not have gone any smoother.

Dennis and his 'small army' did as advertised. They worked efficiently, carefully, and diligently to remove every item from my home that has been occupied for the last 45 years. They took care of the runs to the dump, and they left the home 'broom swept, cleaned out.'

If you're lucky, when Dennis comes to do the initial estimate, you might be graced with the presence of the single cutest 4-year-old on the planet, his son. Don't mind him as he makes pillow forts out of your throw pillows.

This could have been a long, drawn-out process if I used a more traditional estate sale liquidator, but I would have had to work around their schedules. Not the case with Dennis. His timing is not hamstrung like those folks because his task is a simple estate liquidation. It may have been simple for me, but the crew at Lulu's literally did all the heavy lifting and so much more.

The contract here was a big one, and Dennis, Lulu's, and his squad were up for the task. Job well done.
