Luna's Family Moving

My wife and I just moved into our new apartment. The service they gave us was exceptional. For such a small company they really made me feel special. I like how promt they were and stayed on schedule.

I had researched and thought I did a decent job finding a good moving company. I was so wrong about Luna! Stay away and hire a reputable moving company.

The movers damaged an heirloom dresser and broke a side table. The owner, Augustin thought it was Ikea furniture! It's not the Ikea you damaged - not sure how you came to a conclusion of that one since you were not even present at the move!! And to offer your handyman to 'fix' the damage, would be even a bigger joke! Either way, it's my furniture at the end of the day - learn some respect.

Excellent service. Took great care not to damage anything. Didn’t charge extra for tape and blankets. I would use them again. I have moved four times in Boston and they were far and away the best movers.

Great movers! Considerate, careful, fast and efficient. Respectful of our personal belongings and arrived on time. Didn’t nickle and dime us for tape, blankets, etc. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Things did not go as planned, but Agustin was good to his word. The packers arrived on time, were friendly and efficient and well worth the money. I hope that their business grows and is successful for decades to come. I also hope I never have to move again.
