Lutz Mini Storage Inc

I've had my belongings in storage for 9 years at Lutz Stoage. I never had any issues with my belongings being stolen or the unit broken into. I love how the prices only went up $10.00 in ALL 9 years. Mr and Mrs Lutz are wonderful people. I've had no issues working with them. Mr.Lutz has even gone out of his way to come to my unit to spray WD40 on the lock and the door to open up easier.

I had a storage unit here for over a year. It wasn’t until I moved right next door that I realized people were breaking into this place every other day. Unfortunately I found out by taking my dog on a walk and seeing people dig threw my stuff. Trying to be safe I called the cops as they drove away with two of my $300 kayaks. Upon calling the owners to get video footage (since there are cameras on each end of the rows) they admitted that they were fake, the break Ins happen frequently, and there are no police reports filed. I didn’t really care about the fact tI couldn’t get compensated for my items because I knew that when I signed the rental agreement. What really ticked me off was the fact that they seemed so unbothered by the fact that our stuff was taken in the first place because it’s such a normal thing. After asking around on Facebook multiple other people said this was the case with their units too. I wouldn’t even put cheap items in these units because all of my sentimental items I’ve kept for years were torn threw and thrown around. I wish I knew better but I guess experiences are what teaches you lessons. Please learn from my mistake before you create your own.
