These guys are awesome. This was a military move, and based on my past move as well as other stories I had heard from coworkers, I was afraid I'd be a victim of the same kind of treatment. I'm glad that I can say this was nothing less than perfect. They went above and beyond to make sure all of my belongings were getting over-the-top padding and wrapping. I wish all military-affiliated moving companies were like this. Brittney Van Vleet was very detail-oriented and was great with communication. She made sure that I had the opportunity to check and double-check everything.

Moving across the country can be nerve racking and stressful. All of that anxiety however, disappeared after I spoke with Blake a few days before our pack and load day. His ease of communication, his confidence in our time frame and overall professionalism built my confidence in our move with him.

I invited Blake to come over to our house the day before our pack and load because our street was not on google maps, it’s a small neighborhood with trees etc. Blake came a scoped everything out and came up with a plan for the morning. His communication was consistent and so appreciated throughout the pre-load part of our move.

The day of, the crew was on time (early) and all were polite, professional and you could tell were seasoned. After a quick walk through with the team, they got right to work. Every single member of the team took great care packing our items and great care of protecting walls, the staircase, door frames, etc. Not one new scratch was made, nor one item broken when unboxing.

Blake kept in touch along his trip, again such wonderful communication throughout this entire process, truly above and beyond. The unload day came and once again the crew was on time, professional and went above and beyond to make sure each piece went exactly where we wanted it to go. They never hesitated to ask on specific items, not just placing them where they thought they should go. My wife and I were truly blown away by Blake, his leadership with both the pack team and unload team, his great communication and professionalism.

I cannot recommend this wonderful, family owned and operated business more. If I had to do it all again tomorrow there is no question I would be calling Blake!

Great service. The move was affordable compared to other quotes we received. Brittany was professional and down to earth. Would definitely use their service again!

Blake was handed a short deck of cards when managing the delivery of my belongings when I returned from a overseas assignment back to the US. But yet he maintained his composure overcame all the obstacles and executed an early (which was preferred) delivery of my much needed essential for daily living. Multiple methods of completing my delivery were unavailable to him yet he managed to resource help and ensure a more than perfect delivery ahead of schedule. If I am ever in need of long haul delivery again I will definitely use LLV. They make it very apparent that the needs and wants of the customer hold priority in the way they handle business and make decisions 5 star service.
