SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND TROUBLE CALL SOMEONE ELSE! Armando provides a trash service and is great at taking advantage of women. He showed up hours late on the first day they moved in my mother in law who is 76 years old. He charged her for four hours of work they never did. How do I know this? I showed up everyday after I got off work. The first day I got to the house at 5:25 and they were gone. The second day he was gone before 6:15. He said they worked until almost 7 both days. I have GPS on my company truck and can prove this to him but he didn't have enough dignity to respond back. He also never gave an invoice to my mother in law and demanded he pay her before he left when she didn't feel comfortable because there was no receipt or invoice showing what he was billing for. Unfortunately, she paid him. When I called his bluff on this he said he had to work up an invoice and would send it to me. He told me he showed her an invoice but how did that happen when he told me three hours later that he had to 'work it up.'

They were responsive and able to move me on short notice. Showed up on time and the move went smoothly. After the move, I realized I only had 3 legs for my dining room table and they have been very unresponsive. After reaching out multiple times, I was told they found it and nothing else. I have reached out since and only receive short responses that they can’t talk. It has been a very frustrating end to an otherwise positive experience.

This company assisted with our move from another state. Not a pleasant experience! Not only did they damage a lot of our furniture but they lost many items as well. They delayed our move by almost a week by sending the smallest truck imaginable which is poor planning for such a large move. Then had to return with another truck several days later. They never showed up at the arranged times either & was always late which I thought was disrespectful. Our items were packed carelessly - we had several broken items. If I could rate them negatively I would. I would not recommend anyone to make use of their service.
