What a joke of a business. Very same thing happened to us that has happened to others. Did the online check in, show up, no one there. Call the office number (hours state they should be open). Phone call went straight to voicemail. Completely unprofessional. Uhaul needs to cut ties with these clowns. Would not recommend to anyone.

We reserved a UHaul to be picked up and when we arrived no one was there! We did the self service option however all the trucks were behind a locked gate and we couldn't get to the truck we reserved. Then we had to deal with UHaul and finding another location to get a truck from same day. Still waiting for our $50 refund for the hassle. Not sure how they are still a UHaul dealer, makes UHaul look bad. The store we ended up getting one from said it happens all the time. They get all kinds of business from people who went to M&M and there was no one there, even though the door says they are open and the website lets you reserve.
