I came to Mabey's after leaving Prime Storage due to their complete lack of customer service. What a refreshing difference it has been at Mabey's! Mabey's is clean and well maintained and their customer service is great. When I call I get to speak with a person and any questions or concerns are always addressed. Lea in the Ballston Spa office is so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Mabey's for all of your storage needs.

We are soon to be parents and needed to get a storage unit to help make room for our new baby. Mabey’s ballston spa location is so close, and was so easy to get applied for! Lea was such a huge help and so absolutely kind! I feel our things are very secure and safe in the storage unit.
Also the fact we can rent a small moving truck to get things to the storage unit is such a huge help and very well priced! 10/10 would recommend!
