Lea was very helpful and knowledgeable. I looked at a few units, once I decided on one, the whole process was less than 10 minutes.

Just rented a unit, and Lea was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful when it came to getting me checked in and explaining all of the “ins and outs” of the facility. Based on this interaction, I can tell that Mabey’s is not merely looking to collect the rent each month. They truly care about the security of your belongings, the upkeep of the facility, and their own employees. I paid extra for the 24 hour access, and Lea told me to “never hesitate to call the emergency phone number if there’s a problem with the gate.” This tells me that they are truly willing to go above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers.
