I checked a few storage places out before finally renting a unit from Mabey’s yesterday. The customer service at this location was amazing! Deborah & Larry should be commended for the courteous and efficient customer service they provided. I know I was just renting a space to put my stuff, but they made the whole process very easy. I met with Deborah yesterday to obtain my keys, and sign the paperwork. Her ability to connect with people and make you feel welcome is a rarity these days. I recently moved to another state. I wasn't sure how much storage I would need when I first started packing my life up. I priced storage facilities and settled at Mabey's mostly due to their location and cleanliness of the buildings. Deb and her team were very helpful and patient as I needed to upgrade to a larger space and then to climate controlled. I never wondered if I was overcharged when I upgraded as I was always shown the breakdown of my transitions. When I had to repack some items (really, some things I hadn't packed too well) Mabey's had supplies there that were perfect with a decent price so I didn't have to go to a store or hunt online. When it came time to move, I called around since it's best to compare pricing and practices. Mabey's uses Atlas moving and they were the absolute best. The price was fair and less than me doing it myself (rentals, driving stress on interstates and wear and tear on ME) The movers were professional, very kind and worked with me regarding the schedule. I was able to focus on all the other things going on. ?

I just rented a unit this morning at mabeys. Had a fantastic experience with Deb. Facility is nice and clean. Love the 24hr access. Very happy with my experience. Would definitely recommend
