My husband and I now lease three units at the Mabey’s facilities in East Greenbush. Debbie has been OUTSTANDING throughout the entire process of securing the units and any additional assistance needed. Debbie is knowledgeable about all aspects of the leasing operation and also shares beneficial information to make transitions smoother and easier to handle, and she knows every square inch of each unit that Mabey’s has on either side of Third Avenue Extension. Oh, and she has candy. ?

Staff (especially the manager - Deb) ) is very accommodating, and good to work with. The facility is clean & well maintained. Deb and her staff are knowledgeable & keep things running pretty smoothly. Building temperature in the winter months should be several degrees warmer (58 or 59 instead of 55 or 56). Summer AC temp could be raised a few degrees (to 73 or 74) to more than compensate ) AC is costlier per degree than gas heating.

Property is clean and well-maintained. Manager was prompt and thorough in all arrangements for rental. All over positive experience - much appreciated!

Deb is very knowledgeable and a great person to work with. Love being here because it’s clean safe and convenient. I would recommend this facility to family and friends. Thank you Mabey’s and Deb for great service.

The agent debbie who took care of me was very polite kind caring and very expreience in her work she made it easy for me from the phone call to the walk in i felt very welcome she deserve the best and highest praise for her work at her job maybe’s is very lucky to have her i will for sure reccomend friends and family to her she’s a very great worker thank you debbie for your help much apprieacted
