I trust Maybey's with my personal property. They picked it up, stored it and handled it with care. When it came time to deliver it, they were on time, delivered it and set it up with care. I recommend them highly.

I’ve stored campers at Mabey’s exit 8 for 16 years. Always great service and a nice, well maintained storage spot. Only leaving because we are moving out of town.

If I could give a zero star, I would. What an awful experience my family received this morning. Inquiring about a small unit and never felt so judged in our lives . Looking us up and down as if our intent was to open a meth lab. Looking to store items as my mother passed away and we live out of state and will return in the spring. Absolutely horrible customer service. We will spend our money elsewhere. I would never feel confident that my mother’s belongings would be safe at this facility. Clearly, the current reviews must have been provided by people paid to provide high remarks. Nothing like what we experienced!

Visited on 12/29 to inquire about a storage locker for a few items, as soon as we arrived the employee inside the front office was in the back. When he appeared from the back he seemed to glare at me as if I was interrupting his conversation that he was having in the back. I inquired about the deal that Mabey’s is advertising online and he cut me off in what I was saying to tell me “Thats an online deal only” just later tell me “I can bypass that and get you that deal”. I asked him if I could see one of the units and he agreed and took me to the unit so I could preview before I purchase. As we were walking to the unit a van was driving down the isle we were walking in and he told me “GET OVER TO THE RIGHT” talking to me like I am 5 years old. Once I previewed the locker, he began to question me about the contents and whose stuff it was. He then told me that I would need proof that the belongings were mine. I didn't happen to get his name, but for a description he was dressed like a typical upstater: Jeans, Rain-proof jacket, and hiking shoes. Wore glasses, had a goatee. Maybe 50-60’s. Condescending and rude to say the least.

Trying to secure a storage unit at a little after 9am Friday 12/29/24.
Individual was very rude,& condescending.
“It appeared that we pulled him away from a morning meeting or Reach Around Session.
I explained that My Mom just passed away and we need a small storage. Asked to see a 5x5 & 5x10 Walking towards a unit he said move to the right to avoid a car that was coming towards us very rudely
to my son and I.
Needless to say we could not do any business with Mabey’s Storage today.
