Was selling the house and needed some temporary storage, Mabey's was great!

Highly recommend this company. They made our move so pleasant and easy. The whole team was respectful and kind. Cost was very competitive and came in below what was quoted when they saw they needed less time to complete the job. 5 stars!

We had yet another great experience with Mabeys. Both moves went smoothly and we had no incidents. All of the movers were not only unbelievably hard working and conscientious of our homes and our things, but also lovely people whom we really enjoyed spending time with, and who made the process truly enjoyable. Highly recommend.

I have to share my experiences with Melissa at the Colonie storage location. She is so friendly like I’m her favorite relative!! She is extremely efficient with her time in taking care of the customers needs and always has a solution for my inquiries. My apartment only has 1 closet so I’ve had a unit here for over a decade. Clean and safe place. I’m there seasonally and things are just as I left them.
I’ve told her many times how valuable and caring she is to whoever she’s talking to. As a retired customer service employee I’m so impressed to still find great customer service in this culture we are in. She deserves a shout out!!
