The gentleman on duty was courteous and helpful, and I was able to get a unit in just a few minutes. He answered all my questions and was very efficient. The units themselves are very clean, secure and well lit.

Jeff is amazing, he has a bubbly personality and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed!!!

Please fix the AC in the climate controlled areas. Moved our stuff in recently and it was scorching inside. I don’t mind paying what I’m paying now for climate control, but I’m afraid we won’t stay much longer if the units stay hot as they were.

Employees were always friendly and easy to work with. The facility was very clean and convenient to get to from Lewisburg. My family used a unit for 2 years as we were going through some estate items.
