Magic gave me an estimate free over the phone. They explained the process very clearly, and were able to book the day and time I wanted. I asked for early morning on a Thursday. They said they could be at my place at 7 a.m.

The crew arrived at 7 a.m. on the dot. They put down mats to protect floors and doors, they wrapped my furniture in plastic to protect it as well. They took extra care loading glass shelves.

We didn't have to go far, just around the corner, to reach my new place. They unloaded as carefully as they loaded, and put my furniture and boxes exactly where I wanted them.

The final bill was $30 more than the estimate, since we went a smidge over the 3 hour minimum. A few days later, I received a call from Magic to check on how my move was coming along.
