Monica was very unprofessional with telephone etiquette. She does not have the skills to manage customer service. I gave a specific time for my delivery before arriving to my new location. The driver Andre arrived a week earlier and demanded payment prior to unloading my belongings. Very, very, very unprofessional service. You would do better driving items your items on your own. This is absolutely sad! The charges quoted were way more than what was stated. Go to another location by all means! Save yourself time and money!

Rip off alert! Quote one price, load up, then increase price. When I called, Monica was suddenly not helpful or willing to help. Max is a complete liar who strung us along for weeks with a story about his health, then owners not being available because of Jewish holidays. Finally offered me $100 for a $700 overcharge.
This company, from Stephon to Monica to Max, are rip off artists. Do not trust them with your move. I have contacted the authorities, (FMCSA) but the consumer is not protected at all.

WARNING DON’T USE. This “company” is a fraud. The two 5 star reviews are from their employees (Monica and Chris). I recently made the mistake of hiring these criminals to move furniture from NJ to FL. After I gave them a deposit and took possession of my belongings they attempted to extort additional funds from me multiple times such as $150 for a COI and $600 for additional boxes didn’t exist. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, an attorney and local police. This is not over yet.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! Where do I begin- THEFT began the day they picked up my items. One of the workers decided to also “pick up” my phone charger after asking if he could use it. I told the “foreman” to please have him return it and they never came back in. Also received a quote and once my items were on the truck the quote tripled in price! When I finally got my boxes and furniture 3 weeks later, couch was missing a connecting seat, dining table wooden leg was cracked (packers ripped off instead of unscrewing it completely), tabletop was scratched, tv console was missing a leg and they had written all over the baby feeding chair with a sharpie!!! Once I began to unpack, I realized the packers helped themselves to some
of my stuff from a bag that had been opened (a handbag, a Gucci belt and a pair of sneakers). The “managers” are not helpful and extremely rude. They supposedly began an insurance claim for my damages, but are unable to provide any information on which company they used, status of claim, etc. Instead they reply to my email with a nasty “we can’t help you- you have to wait” response. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY!!
