Fantastic job. The guys were professional and my move went FANTASTIC! Was worried because some of our furniture can't be replaced and has been in our family for generations. I did so much worrying for nothing!!!!! I will absolutely recommend them to my family & friend's.

WARNING BEWARE!!! Their business practice is very SHADY. My husband called and spoke to a man named Tom. He sounded like a very nice guy over the phone. We were given the estimated charges for moving a reception desk and a small desk. My husband was told that the charges would be $110 an hour; with a two hour minimum charge which will total $220. Here we are thinking to ourselves this is a good deal! Our move shouldn't take more than two hours, considering it only involves two pieces of furniture.

Two guys showed up. They did a wonderful job moving our furniture from point A to point B. We ran into some kinks but the guys were experienced movers who worked hard and were great problem solvers. They were able to get the reception desk to fit inside the elevator so they didn't have to take it up the staircase to the second floor. Our furniture was delivered in perfect condition. We were happy with the work rendered by the two gentlemen.

Our dismay came when we looked at the bill, the amount charged was $403.24. That's almost double what we were quoted! My husband and I looked at each other in shock. I asked where is this extra charge coming from? Vai (the delivery guy) responded that there was charge for their travel time from and to their facility. None of this was mentioned up front; up until when the service was completed and we got the bill! We called Tom, he asked us to call the boss Marco and so we did. After voicing our disapproval for the unfair charges... we were told the drive time was some kind of state law....he knocked our price down from $403.24 to $345.67, basically he cut out half an hour drive time.

The owner Marco is a dishonest man. His business is setup in way to trap you. Don't fall for it!! Looking back now at our service contract which was given to my husband the morning they arrived to pickup the furniture, the contract states that ' Charges are based upon actual time including travel to and from our facility' ... and also states Cancellation less than 72 hours will be charge the rate of two hours.' . They will get you either way whether you use their service or not... Why was this not mentioned while we spoke to them on the phone? I STRONGLY DO NOT recommend this business to anyone.
