Been there many times and they are always friendly, helpful and nice. A pleasure to go there.

I have been going to this store (and the past location as well) for years and years. I drop off packages and get things notarized. Ed is a great guy always kind and respectful. I do not understand if anyone else could give less than 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ stars..

It's a good ship center for UPS & FEDEX & package drop off point.

This was my initial correspondence:

On 4/7/22 I had a bad experience at the store named above &asked that I never have to go back there to pick up my packages. Can it please be delivered or moved to a different ups store? I was harassed last time I tried to pick something up here & almost did not get my package. I was subjected to a significant amount of trauma at this store. Please don't make me to back there.” Again - That was the initial correspondence.

Now to add to this situation Long story / short as I analyze this situation further I realize I was discriminated against at this store. I have a valid government issued photo-id & it's a medical marijuana card for now until my new Drivers license comes. Because of covid era policies my drivers license hasn't arrived yet. My medical marijuana license is a “government issued id” has been accepted everywhere accept this one store. I have been on the phone with UPS for over an hour. This location is not only discriminated against me the first time I entered the store but they also discriminated against me a second time today 5/4/22 by sending my package back to the original UPS Hub without my consent or knowledge. This was done out of spite. I have no resolution with UPS. I’m basically out of rug until they figure it out. And this whole situation has just been further traumatizing. I live in this town and this is really embarrassing & hurtful.
