Mailboxes of Iowa City

The Domestic Violence Intervention Program has been a customer of Mailboxes of Iowa City for many years and I can't say enough about their customer service! They have always taken great care of our agency, which has a tremendous, positive impact for victim/survivors. Today, in the blizzard, they went above and beyond!

Friendly and helpful staff

They got my package to South Korea. We did have issues with their computer form changing the Korean letters to ?????? . Even when we copied and pasted it into the form. We taped the correct ( in Korean) address in several places on the box with the phone number. When the package got there to be delivered they called the recipient and got the address mailed down. She got the box!

Absolutely exceptional service and reliability. They were so helpful as we got our startup off the ground. I strongly recommend doing business with Mailboxes.
