Staff is always very friendly and very efficient.

They provide a useful service, especially regarding discretion in receiving packages when living with others. That said, their habit of asking what's in the package you're planning to receive is troubling - my mail carrier doesn't get to ask that question, why do you think you have a right to know?

At $5 a received package it's not an overwhelming cost, but again - stop asking what's in the box, because it's none of your business.

EDIT: No, you DON'T need to know what's in the package. All you NEED to know is whether it's on the prohibited/restricted list, which if you share that with customers for them to review and they say 'It's not any of those things', then that's it. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. all have similar restrictions and prohibitions. You people are just oddly invasive.
