I agree with the premise that there should be a Negative Star review! I give these people a 'NEGATIVE 5' stars. Rude, Careless, Unprofessional...are just the first words that come to mind. They wrap items (like wax candles) as if they were priceless. Then stuff glass items in a box without care at all. I have moved a few times in my life. But, I have never had so many 'antiques' broken and destroyed before.

The first time we used this service everything was good. The second time not so much. Three legs to the kitchen table were lost and 2 legs to stool to couch came up missing. Still have not been found.
