I don’t recommend this company. I spoke to this guy a couple of times. He was interested in helping me move my bed to a storage unit. I called this morning and he’s super rude to me and hangs up on me super unprofessional! And I highly do not recommend you go to this trash company!

Simon's prompt support for a commercial relocation on short notice, professionalism and responsiveness were extremely helpful. Collaborative to manage under a tight schedule and willing to do what was needed to get the job done. Great value, awesome team, highly recommended for Commercial or Residential moves.

Everything was wonderful when Simon was interested in my business as he he came highly recommended however, my furniture was left on its side in the middle of my construction on a concrete floor, I was charged a hoist fee without any pre-approval or proof of a hoist, my master bed headboard leg was broken in 2 and hidden in a box, and I was conveniently not provided a walk through by Simon who was onsite. However, none of which are my issue. My issue solely is that when I brought any of this up to Simon and requested a reconsideration of the up charge considering I did not require my guest bed to be delivered because I sold it he treated me like I was garbage to him and attempting to “extort” money from him and made no apology for his lack of care for my things or any thanks for the $200 tip I gave him regardless. He will no longer receive referrals from the realtor that referred him to me.
