Major League Moving

I had to make an emergency move in order to take advantage of a great deal presented to me in a new apartment. Major league moving was there for me when I needed, and i couldn't be happier with the service that I got. Simon and Leonard were the ones who personally took care of me. I showed them where everything was, and where I wanted it to go. They did exactly what I asked them to, with speed and efficiency. In an afternoon I had officially moved out all my furniture. I Highly Recommend Major league moving company ! very responsive , great guys.

The 2 man crew showed up for our job where they were contracted to work hourly for 2 hours and started working. After about 20 minutes the “leader” said they weren’t being paid enough and told us they needed 40% more per hour and that they needed an up front deposit to continue. Given we were in the middle of unloading a truck with them, we had no choice but to agree to the price increase despite the fact that no rationale was given. After another half hour the leader comes back and tells us that they aren’t going to work on the job anymore. They literally insisted we pay them and then walked off the job half way through.

Beware before you hire them know this for sure - they will shake you down for more money at the start of your job and then the con artists will quit half way through the job.
