Major moving is a great company. They helped me on a short term notice which was awesome. I will surely tell others about this company

Moving to the area and saw the great reviews. I now see that most of the reviews are from people with one or two reviews which makes me question whether they are indeed real people.

Called them on 5/16 to get a quote for unloading. Called back on 5/21 once I had my dates finalized and was told to call back the following week to get everything finalized and that it would be no problem. I called yesterday for the final confirmation as my move is this Friday. The person on the phone gave me a final quote that was nearly double of what was told to me on 5/16.

Still, I was willing to go with it and despite calling 3 times yesterday to get the final written confirmation, none was ever sent. I got a call from them this morning and once again told them they never emailed me the agreement like they said they would so I hired another company that was much more responsive.

Hugely disappointed and would never recommend this company to anyone because of these tactics and this experience.
