Manhattan Mini Storage

I couldn’t wait to share my feedback! Unfortunately my memory is horrible so I’m struggling to remember the woman’s name at the desk for the Wes New York Nj location? Maybe Lynette’s or Lisette….But when I remember it I will add to this post. This woman went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my decision to rent. She guided me and walked me through each and every step. I felt supported through the entire process. It is because of her outstanding customer service that makes me want to write this review. My space is great and the price is great but her customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this storage facility.

I’ve been a customer at Storage Mart in West New York for almost two years, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Shoutout to Lynette and Maria, who are incredibly nice, professional, and always helpful. They recently assisted me with my account and storage unit, making the process seamless and stress-free. The facility is well-maintained, and the staff truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend this location for anyone in need of storage!

I needed to get a bigger unit and Yadio, who I’d interacted with before, was there to help me. He provided sound advice that made me feel that I made the right decisions. He is fully knowledgeable about the facility and was very adept at the computer work involved…there were no hiccups.

Yadio has the perfect demeanor for this job and others no doubt…smart and easy going, which I’ve also witnessed when he’s taking potential customers around the facility.
