BE CAREFUL of this place Moved in, and thought I got a good rate. But the rate increases they hit you with, are unfair and I am almost paying $100.00 more than when I moved in. $750.00 for 4 months for a 5x10x8 is highway robbery Customer Service said they would push it up to corporate, when I called, but they never did. Ended up calling a number in Missouri and spoke to a very lovely woman, but there was little they could do. Some discounts here and there. She did mention rate increases due to damage from people backing into doors or damage due to vandalism..... This is not a reflection on the people that work at the unit. Ask a lot of questions before you sign anything

It was pretty easy to book a unit on the phone, very pleasant and customer friendly staff on the phone. Every thing was explained on the phone with full information about the storage and the essential policies. Furthermore, the receptionist at the front desk was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Overall I would rate my experience with StorageMart 5star plus. Very pleased and I recommend it to everyone.

Stay away! They lure you with a reduced rate, increase the rate after four months for by up to 100%, then charge you $25 a month for insurance even if you have it and claim it is their 'Standard Practice'. You can send them the insurance but they claim they send you emails which usual go into spam or don't show up at all. Excuses to extract more money and then tell you tough luck essentially. Garbage company with staff that parrots their 'standard practice'. I moved out after 7 months and. Happy with Storage Post and Cubesmart where they at least are up front about their fees.

Not to mention they close without notifying renters if they are short staffed and you have no entry among other issues.
