Where do I start?

1. You can't pay cash. Not a deal breaker but extremely inconvenient.

2. There is literally have ONE rolling cart for the whole building you are in. All 6 times I've been there, I could never find one. They keep 2 in the office but younarent allowed to take them all the way to your unit. Not sure what that means or what the point is of even having them.

3. They will pro-rate you to move in but not to move out. I wanted to move out on the 9th and they are charging me the whole month.

4. THEY WILL LOCK YOU OUT WITHOUT ACCESS AFTER THE 2ND!! Not only is this illegal but there was no answer all of Memorial weekend and I couldn't access any of my things.

5. THERE IS NO 24 HR ACCESS UNLESS YOU'RE A BUSINESS AND ITS EXTRA MONEY.

This place is lazy, unethical and extremely ridiculous in many areas. I will be moving up the street to Extra Space which is cheaper BTW & 24hr access all the time is included. I should have just went there in the first place. Don't rent here!
