Worst moving experience of my life

Do NOT use this company. The movers showed up late for pick up and drop off, and when they pulled up to unload half my stuff fell out of the truck wheb they opened the back up.

Tried to file a claim which took weeks for them to even respond and they didn't offer a refund worth the items. They also have horrible attitudes when talking on the phone.

DO NOT USE. Extreme BUYER BEWARE!!!! How they are still in business, I don't know, but they continuously lie and provide false information. They are extremely rude and argumentative and do not provide quality customer service. We have been waiting 20 business days for our belongings to be delivered. I call everyday and am told it's being loaded as we speak and will be delivered in a couple days. I call back in a few days and am told the same information, they are loading as we speak and will be delivered in a few days. It's the same story over and over again. They do not provide accurate days of delivery, provide false information, and do not provide quality customer service.

Do NOT use this company! Amount quoted is raised after you book with them. They quote a lead-time, don't meet it and then deny having made the commitment. Promise delivery then don't show up or bother calling! Promises of reimbursement for lateness are not kept or excuses why they are not liable. Many bad reviews on consumer websites are justified. GO with another carrier. They were hired by a broker (Purple Heart Moving Group) who is just as bad stay away from both!!
