Mark's Pianos

Mark and family did a great job with removing our old piano from the second level of our house. From start to finish, everything was done smoothly, professionally, and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend for all piano needs!

We purchased a piano in March 2022 with pre-paid tunings, and initially had issues following up to schedule the service.

Turns out life happens, phones get disconnected, and there was a period where Piano related inquiries had to be put on hold.
I was recently able to get in touch with him again, and everything has been sorted!

Mark had made the piano purchasing (AND MOVING!) experience so much easier than I had expected. He's a (very) local business, and now that this gap has been addressed, I'm looking forward to have him help us keep our piano (a new family member in it's own right) in tip-top shape!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Mark and team. After looking on 'the marketplace' for a first piano, it made sense to avoid the 'move it yourself and find someone to service and tune it' path and look for a professional. I was intimidated at the thought of shopping for a piano. But Mark patiently and passionately taught me so much about both acoustic and digital pianos in just the first 20 minutes of meeting him. I found a great acoustic piano that was within my budget (side note: Mark's sales approach is absolutely zero pressure). Mark and family delivered the piano to my home like champs.
