Mark is extremely knowledgeable about pianos and it is evident by the way he speaks how passionate he is about his business. Him and his family did an excellent job delivering the piano in perfect condition to our home. It was an easy and pleasant experience that I would highly recommend.

I purchased a piano for my daughter and the entire experience was awesome! Mark provided customer service that went above and beyond what I expected! He explained the whole purchase process to me, took the time to show me how the piano functions, and helped me move it to my car.

We had a beautiful, but seldom-used piano that we decided to remove. We found that options were extremely limited in the post-pandemic market and the thought of simple disposal felt terrible! We were hoping to find a home for the piano with someone in need who would appreciate it! Enter Mark's Piano - I found his website and reached out! Mark and i spoke a few times and I send photos and a video of the placement of the piano relative to the street. It was clear that Mark really cared about restoring and finding homes for pianos such as ours. Using the video Mark, his wife Lanie and son Aiden came to Wellesley and seamlessly removed the piano.
