I had the pleasure of working with Mark and his family for the removal of our piano...I appreciated his prompt responses and service! He showed kindness and professionalism throughout the process. Mark and his crew were very professional and courteous. They had all of the right tools and equipment needed for the job. They were very careful with our piano and very careful with our house. They provided pads for under piano legs to make it easier to move in the future while protecting our floor. Mark is extremely knowledgable about pianos and he gave several pieces of advice ( I learned several new things today). Although knowledgable, Mark explains everything clearly without being pompous. It was a great experience and I highly recommend him.

TOP NOTCH movers! Had my piano moved along with two antiques to my new home a couple towns over. I’m very impressed with the attention to all details in addressing the moving of these items. Not only were the items carefully and methodically moved but the floors, door frames, stone stairs and other obstacles were carefully unharmed throughout this process. Very grateful to Mark, his kind wife and eldest son for how hard they worked to make it look so easy. So glad for there help yesterday. Look forward to having Mark tune and service the piano in the near future.

I recently purchased a refurbished Yamaha U1 from Mark and could not
be happier with my purchase. This piano plays beautifully! It feels like a brand new piano although it was originally built in the mid 70s. Mark was incredibly helpful. He opened up the cover and showed me all the parts he had worked on. Everything was in pristine condition. He also provided some pointers on maintenance. With the 10 year warranty included, you really can’t beat his prices. The piano was delivered 2 days later by Mark and his family. I was impressed with the extreme care they took while moving the piano. I don’t think will need to buy another piano ever again. However, if I did... I would look here first.
