I had a great experience with Mashav. The movers arrived on time and immediately got to work dissembling and wrapping my furniture and TVs. They moved all boxes and furniture needed while taking great care of each item. The estimated number of hours for completion was accurate and the movers were great to work with. Would definitely recommend!

I am so disappointed with this company. I am a repeat customer because of the great experiences I’ve had twice in the past. This third time has been the experience from h3!! The 3 men that met me at my storage unit were RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL from the minute they arrived. Once getting to our destination the shift leader decides he doesn’t want to set my tv up on the tv stand (which they have done the first time I used the company) then he tried to gaslight me & say they don’t put tvs “on the wall” an entertainment stand IS NOT ON THE WALL!!! I have never paid them before completing the job & he was demanding money upfront AFTER being rude to me because I accidentally went to the wrong floor of my storage unit (human mistake that I apologized for) I have never been treated like this which is why I booked their company for a third time. I have been threatened to be taken to court WHEN I HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY BUT NOT UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETE!! I even would have tipped them VERY WELL had I not been disrespected from the beginning. You all have lost a very valuable customer & I have recorded everything! I will see y’all in court!

I used this company back in January 2024 and was pretty satisfied until I couldn't find my retractable baton. After only finding the sheath/holster, I looked for the baton for months and then realized it was stolen by one of the movers and I tipped each of them $50.00 apeice. I'm about to move again, but won't use these guys again!!!

I rated this company two stars solely due to the outstanding performance of the movers. However, the management of the business leaves much to be desired. I have reported the company to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Better Business Bureau (BBB), Maryland Attorney General, and local news outlets in two counties and the district. If you choose to engage with this company, do not make any upfront payments, as they have a history of altering contracts between payments. Additionally, do not rely on verbal agreements; ensure all communications are conducted via email. Lastly, be wary of their reviews, which are infrequent and potentially misleading. Notably, the review preceding mine was posted eight months ago.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Mashav this week. They arrived promptly and immediately set to work. Mine was a one bedroom apartment requiring, for example, disassembly and reassembly of my bed and my sofa, wrapping and protecting an 65' and 46' flatscreen TV, and moving of a super heavy armoire. Loading was done by three guys in two hours. Delivery took about the same amount of time. Boxes were labeled by room, and all were placed where indicated. The total time estimate was accurate, and so the charges were as expected. Nothing was lost or broken. I recommend Mashav without reservation.
