My wife and i used this company for our last two moves and had a great experience both times.They arrived on time & called before they arrived, the movers they sent were courteous and respectful to my wife & mother-in-law. This company moved my neighbor. Their moronic imbecile driver pulled their 4 ton moving van completely off the road onto my meticulously maintained lawn after two days of rain. The truck of course sank about 6-8 inches into the lawn everywhere the tires from the 30 foot long truck ran over the grass.
I called the owner and got the 'title Manager of the company Morgan Langdo, who said' I don't know what you want me to do about your lawn ' I will send over a few pieces of sod and you can fix it'. Since this simple minded idiot has no sense of responsibility it looks like the only option is to hire a professional landscape company to repair the 300 square feet and approximately $600- $800 worth of damage and sue the owners for the repair bill. As well as to file a complaint with the better business bureau and to post warnings to the public on the internet to find a company at least whose owners have some degree of intelligence and responsibility even if their employees do not. Masons Movers obviously is not that company. No wonder they choose to operate an unmarked truck in violation of Florida Regulations for intrastste moving companies mandated by the Florida Dept of Agriculture and Consumer affairs. They had better at least have their required liability insurance coverage or they will soon be receiving a cease and desist order from the state if I can help it.

They never showed up, never returned phone calls asking when they would arrive. This totally blew our schedule for moving my wife's aunt, a big deal since we traveled here from out of state to help her.
