Master Movers

I moved out of state and was charged much more than quoted. My mistake for not getting anything in writing. On the day of the move one guy was an hour late and they wete supposed to have my small mobile home packed into their truck in 4 hours. Eight hours later they were still finishing up because they took more breaks than anything. When my items were delivered they had to hire a local guy because Noone showed up except the driver. Everything was marked in bright red that was breakable. I had items that had arrows on them if it had to be packed a particular way as well as the name of each room. At my new house I labeled the door of each room but apparently nobody can read. So many things were broken and half my items were thrown into one room. My antiques end stand was broken but propped into a corner and the damage was hidden until I recently went to move it and it fell over completely. Several of my collectable and artwork done by my dead husband was ruined or broken. These items are all irreplaceable. This company only cares about money and nothing else. The salesperson was definitely good at his job but they said unlike other companies they could get my items the day I wanted them but that didn't happen and I was charged for storage because they couldn't deliver on the day they said they could. NEVER HIRE!!!!

Jeff and his professional team skillfully moved my solid pecan armoire in a narrow low clearance place with amazing success. They exceeded expectations with everything else as well, worked a long day as promised, and they stood by their word completely. HIGHLY recommend!
