Great customer service! Never had a problem with master storage. Affordable prices and very convenient.

Master storage is a decent storage unit. I love the size of my unit and that it's gated with a code to get in and out. I don't like how they went up on prices and how they didn't properly handle a man who was trying to run into my car and trying to hurt my child and I because he was going the wrong way through their units. A manager did come after I called but she told me to just let them since they wouldn't be long. However I was just driving through the aisle done with my unit already and was following their one way signs.

I have had good luck with Master Storage 365. I need a place to store my belongings due to a unexpected health problems. They are nice and the units are clean. I don't worry about my belongings being stored there because it is a safe place with security gates.
