Excellent service from the Mastermind team on our recent move! We had to reschedule dates sever times due to a delay in our shipping container but Jose was super nice and accommodating. Def recommend Mastermind Moving for your next move!

I’ve used Mastermind movers several times and also referred them to several clients. I Can’t say enough good things about these guys. They show up on time and hustle! ???
On my personal home, they emptied 2 huuuuuuge pods and helped set beds up so we could all sleep comfortably that first night in our new home.
Everyone had masks on for those that are reading during coronavirus time....❤️?

I'm writing this review to express my utter disappointment in this company. Currently I am Quarantined with severe symptoms of Covid. On Monday, 3 of Jose's employees came to my apartment to help me move my belongings, when they showed up to start moving my things I noticed that they were not wearing masks. Later that day I noticed that i noticed that my body had started to show major symptoms of Covid, difficulty breathing, spiked temperature and a dry throat. The following day i had asked Jose (Who I assume is the owner) that I have covid like symptoms and asked him why his employees were not wearing any kind of face protection. He said it was there company policy to wear masks, however it was not followed on that day. Then he has the audacity to send me a picture of himself and one of his other workers a picture of them wearing masks, okay great now your trying to COVER up the fact that you're wearing a mask but not willing to enforce your other employees to wear facial protection.

I'm very disappointed by the lack of awareness and accountability that these guys have for public health. With the increase of cases this company should be more about public health and the safety of their customers.

Besides their lack of safety, they didn't put together all of my furniture that i asked them to do. Also they were late in terms of getting to my place to start their move. I'm highly disappointed in their service and would not recommend them to even my worst enemies!

This team is all you need when it comes to moving, they are very professional, and do a great job, what more can you ask for. I would very highly recommend them.

Great guys that tend to over achieve the 2 times we've used them.
