Matheson Transfer Moving

I recently used Matheson for a full service household move from NJ to Texas. Beginning with our initial consultation with Corey Sands .. and ending with the timely delivery of our items in Fort Worth, we were extremely pleased with our experience with Matheson .. and would gladly recommend reuse them if the opportunity arose.

INSURANCE ONLY COVERS THE ITEMS THE MOVERS PACK! This was not disclosed, don't be fooled. I had many items broken and none were refunded, waste of money!! I watched a mover drop a box off of the lift and that wasn't covered because I packaged it. What a joke.

Otherwise the mover's themselves were great..

My family has been using this storage company for almost a year. We called today because we need to pick up some furniture. I spoke to LIZ. HORRENDOUS customer service and this would not be the person I would want working representing my company to a current customer.
When we first decided to use this company she was wonderful and said just about anything to get our business and money. Now that we have been paying our monthly fee for almost a year she wouldn’t listen for one second to my concerns. She said she told us there is a fee to pick up some items and an hourly charge to get our items and also we can’t just show up off the street to get our things and would be about another two weeks. HAD WE KNOWN THIS UPFRONT, we would have never used them. Is this how you treat a family who just had a tragic loss and NEED to pick up items out of storage?! Maybe not had she just stoped taking for a second and let me finish a sentence. She was THE ABSOLUTE RUDEST person I have spoke to on the phone when dealing with a company. I do NOT recommend this company as it is a perfect example of bait and switch. Once they have your money they can careless. Had we been told from the beginning we couldn’t access our items if WE NEED THEM, we would have NEVER booked them.
Save yourself a huge headache and Please do not use this company. They do NOT appreciate your business!
