Matheson Transfer Moving

I can't express enough my gratitude for the service I received with Matheson Transfer Moving company. They were a life saver for me. The moving company I had previously confirmed for furniture moving canceled on me at the last minute, very unprofessionally, and left me with a big problem on my hands. Thank God, I found Matheson Transfer Moving and they heard my despair and were committed to finding a way to get me the help I needed, ASAP. I spoke with Neil who was courteous and understanding of my plight. Neil went above and beyond to help me. He sent me two of his workers, Donnie and Hank, who professionally moved my furniture into my apartment, swiftly. My son and I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to others.

We had Doug, John, and Greg move and pack my parents apartment and move them to a new location. They were prompt, hard working and an absolute pleasure to have around. It was not an easy job and they were amazing. I would use this company, especially these men for myself and would recommend them to anyone. I hope this review makes it to the owners. I would love to say this in person. Thank you too these men. It was a pleasure spending the day with you!!!

Moved from Scranton to Chicago. Things went fine packing and leaving from Scranton. Discovered only a two man crew came to Chicago (instead of three as we had in Scranton). The back end of the move was severely understaffed given we had items to fill a 4br home. Several items and the home itself was damaged. I was also forced to assist with carrying several of the heavy items (e.g., a desk); if i weren't capable the items would still be on the street. Also, I was told I would be called by the manager about the damaged items and walls. Never came. Really disappointing considering we seemed to get off to a good start and the company was local ...
