The dudes are great! However I rented the smallest truck they offer 12” and was told that it should get about 10-12 miles to the gallon. It was important to me because of the distance I was traveling was over 1060 miles. When I set out on the road it was going through a quarter tank of gas every 19 MILES!!! I was lucky to get 80 miles before having to refuel! At over $50 a fuel stop it added up quickly! I ended up spending more on gas than I did the rental! It would have been cheaper to use a pod service and less hassle! Called the support line and emergency roadside assistance and they said it was normal for the truck to actually get 4-6 miles a gallon maybe!!! That thee was nothing they were going to do other then bring another Truck to me and have me unload and reload myself on the side of the highway!!! After TWO days of loading the original truck and having to start my new job in 2 days I didn’t have a choice but to refuse and keep going. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP WITH PODS OR LITTERLY ANYTHING ELES!! Renters beware!

The guys working here are very nice and helpful. It was as good an experience I could have had with this part of moving. The facility is newer, well maintained and clean.
