Management is a pleasure to work with. Everyone that I’ve dealt with at mini mall storage in Lancaster Ohio have been truly amazing. It’s always nice to meet folks like them.

I had stuff in unit there for about 6 months never missed a payment was early on my payment actually and then they got to you not unanimous tip about me that was totally a lie and I told him it was a lie and all I had to do is look at their cameras and see that it was a lie but instead on a Wednesday they gave me till Friday and they text to get all my stuff out of there nothing from the courts no legalization whatsoever 3 days in a text and I went to the hospital that Thursday and I called to tell them they said I didn't even try to get all of them well when I got out I try to get a hold of him as well and they changed her phone number and then they finally when I got a hold of him said they got rid of my stuff it was less than a week and was because I was laying on rent or anything and it wasn't just stuff it was everything that I own that I had in my apartment $20,000 worth of stuff for my business gone all my kids and grandkids pictures gone everything I own clothes everything gone and they just tell me all sorry I got rid of it there's got to be someone I can help me and something I can do about this I work too hard for all that stuff for them to seal it for me

Really nice units that are completely enclosed top to bottom as well as roof and a close fitting overhead door. Area is well lit at all times, and there are security cameras present everywhere. Storage Center is fully fenced and has an electronic gate with mandatory passcode to gain access to and exit from fenced area.
