We needed to get our belongings to Tennessee from New York. We called Josh and he met us at our storage unit. He explained in detail his procedure for an out of state move. He made himself available in our time frame. Our belongings were delivered within the that time. Josh is thorough, professional and a pleasure to deal with. His assistants Jonathan and Tara were a pleasure to deal with as well.
