The customer service was Great. Kyle & Ricardo were super helpful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend renting here . Units are very clean and great security features .

Been a customer for a while, have to say the recent change in management was a good move. There have been some issues previously...no one in the office or, on site, during posted business hours; which frustrating bc I pay my bill in person & often had a question or two; save was they have an after hour dropbox,, but still be nice if someone was there,,, But the new manager, Kyle is great, super helpful, very pleasant, nice to work with, tenant service oriented. He was helpful/knowledgeable w a couple of insurance questions on my account,, Also they have U-Haul rentals...

As others have said, there was a shift in management. Since then, I’ve always had a pleasant service experience. They’ve always made sure to share any updates in a timely manner. There was a hiccup with my autopay and the manager not only worked to ensure my autopay was fixed, he took care of the fees without my even mentioning it. It felt good to know there is someone you can contact should there be a need!

Well it may be too early to give a review, but if everything is as good as the customer service that I received today then 5 stars are going to hold!
