Follow up - I posted my feelings about this company previously. and got a form letter apology but no solution to the problems I'm now facing. Their website has no contact ability, no ability to separate payment components, has email address's that refer to a defunct company and now adds charges for something I neither need, want or signed up for. Having sent them my insurance, they continue to bill me anyway. I wish there was other options nearby but I'm captive to this place at this time or I'd take my business quickly, elsewhere.

I am a disabled Veteran who ran into tough times in the middle of a divorce and an inability to retrieve my belongings. If not for the patience of the kind folks at McMinnville RV & Self Storage, my children and I would have lost everything precious to us. They've been a blessing to us! Edit: Since my previous Five star review, I’ve learned years after the fact that my unit had been broken into. I was never directly notified. I had purchased two locks from McMinnville FOR V & Self Storage and it would appear that they only installed one on my unit leaving the other door unsecured. I don’t even have the words to describe how I’m feeling right now. My rates have steadily increased as my service has steadily gotten worse. Store your belongings here at your own risk in the knowledge that they will not keep you in the know or secure them.
