These guys were great. They were on-time, friendly, professional, and definitely knew what they were doing. My husband and I were nervous about moving all of our things from San Francisco to New York City, but the crew made sure all our belongings arrived on-time and in great condition. CA-NY Express were really fast too - they had our things to our new apartment in 8 days, which was 3x as fast as any moving company.

We used Allied as our broker and they assigned this moving company to us. We had an agreed-upon delivery date. They called two days before the Pickup date and told us that they could not meet the delivery date that it would be at least 21 days before we received our furniture. We attempted to talk about an expedite which was not available. So we canceled per the terms of the contract. They refused to refund our money. We spent several hours on the phone with them, where they were just screaming and yelling at us and refusing to honor the contract. I would not use these people at all —

Unfortunately world class doesn’t offer world class. They really need to read their contract as their contract specifies cancellation can occur before pick up. Pick day was scheduled for 2/21. Allied cancellation is seven days which we did not comply with and we’re happy to pay Allied. Allied is the broker. If you use Allied I’d be sure to let them know you don’t want for them to broker with this company. Bad news!

They broke a 400 dollar dresser and only gave me 60 back, I can't buy a new dresser with that amount total scam.

Liars. Scammers. Con artists. Plz do not book with them. And check your broker (ours was Allied) who sets you up with 3rd parties. They tried to squeeze more money out of us, not following the contract, and then held my stuff for ransom until I paid. Had to get police involved before getting my items back. They are in the process of getting sued.

One of the worst scams running. Tragically only approachable in Small Claims Court while they withhold money for services not rendered. And services they DO render are through un-vetted, clueless third parties. A pathetic nightmare, avoid at ALL costs.
((I'm literally just a middle class dude with a pending state police report against this company and their affiliates. Their response to this post is one of the most ridiculous and blatant lies I've ever seen. Just try and call a phone number on their website and see for yourself.))
