This is the absolute worst moving experience I’ve ever had due to manager David who is unbearable and impossible to work with. He is also disorganized and dishonest. My belongings arrived at my final destination 7 days before the agreed timeframe due to an error by MD and they took no responsibility. David attempted to tell me that the delivery day on my contract holds no weight (makes no sense).
Would recommend driving your belongings in a u haul truck yourself before you consider using this company.

Movers never even showed up. Originally scheduled the move for Saturday morning a week prior. Then got a call Friday night after I had completely finished packing that they would instead be coming 11 am on Monday. I call them on Monday at 1 pm and all they told me was that they were “working on it.” It wasn’t until about 4 pm and practically begging them to just give us a straight answer on whether or not they were coming that we discovered they not only could not find record of my contract, they also didn’t have a driver. Now, they won’t return my calls or emails about receiving a refund of the almost $700 I paid for no one to show up.

EDIT: Their response is a blatant lie, as expected. I’m now going to be forced file a claim in small claims court as they have not responded to me whatsoever

Please do not use this people!!! Please rethink about this !! They are the absolute worst!!!!! From pricing that change constantly. Whatever price they quoted just be prepared to pay double. They also broke my 75 inch tv and now want return my calls to file a claim. Please do not use this people.

Great job on my move to Florida in last week. Very organized and friiendly servoce.They booked me a partial truck in short notice, and delivered it on time. And pricing better then the competition Thabks again

I hired MD transportation for my move from Chino California to Miami. Had a couple of miscommunications but overall the company was efficient and really no stress when they arrived on pick up . We tip the guys 35 dollars each for the effort they performed in our house for the loading of the heavy items. Thank you guys and if we move again you will be the first ones to call.
