Great guys and super nice customer service. The guys didn't do a great job labeling everything. Also, beware - they quote services separately, so I thought my max was $10K. And I am confident that I asked for unpacking as well, but that didn't make it on to the contract. So just a bit disappointed thinking that I was getting packing, moving and unpacking for $10K, but it was really $13K and no unpacking. I might use them again, but I'd be really careful to check the true maximum.

The move was for my daughter, and time was critical. The communication with the team throughout the process was outstanding. Customer service? Five stars, without a doubt! From the cost discussion to the contract to the follow up on satisfaction, AMAZING! They not only packed her items professionally but also made sure to lay down proper protection to prevent any damage to the dwelling. Everything was unloaded efficiently into the storage unit, and they managed to make my daughter feel completely at ease during a stressful time. Quick, efficient, and professional—what more could you ask for? I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to relocate.
