They came out quickly to repair equipment that was incorrectly assembled and made sure they explained each part of the assembly and mechanics of the equipment. Pete provides exceptional service from start to finish. He communicates clearly at every stage and follows through on what he says he will do. He pays great attention to detail and ensures you know exactly what he's doing, why he's doing it, and why it's important.

He allowed us to have equipment shipped directly to him, where he stored it in his warehouse until we were ready for delivery. He delivered the equipment in full, on time, and in pristine condition. His professionalism and reliability gave us peace of mind throughout the entire process.

Medway did a great job in helping us to combine two of our Physical Therapy offices into one brand new, bigger, updated office. Pete and his team were very professional, they took great care of our equipment, and made sure that all of our needs were more than met. They were early on their arrival, and adjusted their schedules to make sure that they were not disruptive to our staff or patients. They truly went above and beyond expectations. We definitely will be using them again and highly recommend them!

Pete and his team at medway are one of a kind. Full white glove service bringing in multiple PT treatment tables and removal of old tables. They were flexible with the entire process making it incredibly easy for an active clinic; offered to come in within or outside of our business hours and were careful with equipment and kept everything clean. I would highly encourage anyone to use them.
