Worst business I have ever dealt with. After 23 months of paying $160/month, I discovered that my unit had been leaking. Management showed zero remorse, offered nothing, and denied me my deposit back, saying they’d mail it. It’s been 9 weeks, and when I called today, Haddie said she did not have time to see why I have not received my deposit back. I had to take 3 truck loads of my deceased fathers belongings to the dump, as they were ruined by the mold caused by the storage units leak. No compassions at all. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!
