The two male packers were very careful about how they wrapped each item and marked the boxes very well. Couldn’t ask for better workers. The movers were quick and helped each other with every task. They knew how to safeguard each piece of furniture and how to load it so it cleared the doorways.
I have been.going back and forth through the BBB about this company
They do not actually move furniture they are a broker for other movers. They would not take credit cards, so do you have no hopes of any recourse or getting your money back from these folks (if in fact you don't get moved properly). In our situation an unmarked pickup truck showed up with no identification or livery markings on their pickup truck or tow behind trailer. They did not have any dot markings or anything that indicated they could go across state lines for hire. We told them to hold off while we attempted to verify that they were a legitimate subcontractor and when we called the local authorities to check out their DOT number and the local police to check to see if they were legitimate and insured company because they had no proof. I explained to the driver (the only one that spoke English) that I was getting verification info would take a minute or two, they drove off. When trying to deal with Menards we were unable to get any refund. I erg anyone that has to move to hire movers that actually move your furniture with real employees or use a local pack and move service on each end, like uhaul. If Mayflower or United or other movers are out of you price range
But whatever you do... Steer clear of these folks at a minimum they don't Vet their subs very well. Then they wash their hand of you quickly after getting your money. Lastly when we tried to speak with Menards about the problem they are dismissive and insulting in response.
I see in other post the same tone. They don't help. If you have any issues

I can’t say enough good things about Menards Moving & Storage! The team was amazing from start to finish. They carefully wrapped all my furniture, loaded everything securely, and made sure I didn’t have to lift a finger. The entire move was smooth, and the pricing was completely fair. If you’re looking for a reliable moving company, this is the one to go with!
